Repco D1NZ Championship to take on Manfeild double-header

It’s double the fun at Manfeild this weekend of the Repco D1NZ Championship this weekend.

The legendary circuit will host two rounds in a double-header for the Repco D1NZ Championship, but will use two different track layouts.

Providing a new perspective will be using the usual layout in regular and reverse, which is sure to entertain the hordes of fans expected to attend.

Not only will the Repco D1NZ Championship contenders be on hand, but the famed Smoke Show will also fry rubber as the rising stars of the sport will also do battle in Pro Sport.

Qualifying will take place on Friday ahead of the third round of competition on Saturday before things are flipped in reverse for Sunday’s running.

Drivers will be on hand for meet the fans, give autographs and take selfies across all days.

It will be a first at Manfeild to run a double-header event as a licensed area will be provided for patrons to enjoy the festivities, with live coverage being broadcast by Sky Sport for local viewers and international fans can watch via streaming.

All Pro and Pro Sport drivers will participate in a meet and greet session in downtown Feilding, while the wild cars of D1NZ will travel through town to the square where a charity BBQ will be held to raise funds for Manchester House.
