Just two Repco Supercars Championship enduro co-driver slots remain after confirmation Jaylyn Robotham will join rookie Cameron Hill at Truck Assist Racing for Sandown and Bathurst.
Robotham is race winner in Dunlop Super2 and joins having raced National Trans Am in addition to in Thailand this year. The 20-year-old made his Repco Bathurst 1000 debut in 2022 alongside Matt Chahda in the Caltex Young Stars Wildcard entry, which finished 18th.
Truck Assist Racing has made a strong start to the Gen3 era as Jack Le Brocq has become a consistent finisher inside the top 10 and Hill has quickly come up to speed following fourth in last year’s Dunlop Super2 Series.
Robotham is thrilled to get the opportunity at Truck Assist Racing.
“Really excited to be joining Cam and MSR in the #35 Truck Assist Camaro for the enduro rounds this season,” said Robotham.
“We had a decent test last week and it felt good with the team.
“Having worked with [Race Engineer] Paul Forgie before and also having done my first evaluation day with MSR a few years ago really made it a lot easier coming into the team.
“Can’t thank everyone enough that made this possible and also to everyone at MSR for this opportunity.”
It follows Brad Jones Racing’s confirmation of its enduro line-up late-last month, which will remain unchanged in 2023. Team leader Andre Heimgartner will once again partner with Dale Wood after a disappointing race last year, Dean Fiore joins Bryce Fullwood, Macauley Jones shares the duties with Jordan Boys and Jack Smith once again links up with international GT driver Jaxon Evans.
