Penrite celebrate 100 years, extended naming rights deal

Penrite Oils has kicked off its 100-year anniversary celebrations at the 2025 Repco Bathurst 1000 as the company also confirmed the extension of its naming rights partnership with Grove Racing.

Both Penrite Racing Ford Mustangs will feature new liveries for Bathurst, a tradition it has kept up since winning the race back in 2017 when main sponsor of Erebus Motorsport.

The new livery highlights Penrite’s proud Australian heritage and will stand out thanks to the gold rims fitted to the pair of Mustangs.

At the same time, Penrite also announced the continuation of its naming rights partnership of Grove Racing in a multi-year deal.

“We’re incredibly proud to extend our partnership with Penrite as they approach their 100-year anniversary in 2026 — a milestone very few companies achieve,” said Stephen Grove.

“Penrite has been an integral part of our journey, and this multi-year renewal reflects the strength of our relationship and shared ambition to reach the top step of the podium.

“We’re excited to continue building on our success together, both on and off the track, as we enter this next chapter.”

Matt Payne and Garth Tander enter the weekend as one of the favourites, while Kai Allan currently holds the final position for the new Supercars Finals system entering the Repco Bathurst 1000.
