Pukekawa Auckland Domain

The Repco Rally New Zealand starts officially in the Auckland Domain close to the heart of the city! The cars will drive a "recce" run from 3-5pm with the world class cars parked up around the Auckland Museum at 4pm and driver signings at 4:30pm. Catch the demonstration drives of winning rally cars of the past and enjoy some demonstration driving. Then, the drivers will take a moment to be formally welcomed to race on NZ soil with a Powhiri before they hit the start line at 6pm. The first car on track will be a tribute to Kiwi rally legend Possum Bourne, then contender for WRC2 race honours, Hayden Paddon will lead the competitor pack. With 75 cars racing and a tight course full of drama the racing will continue into the evening finishing around 8pm.
