Wood set a 2m 05.102s time to lead the session ahead of DEWALT Racing’s Anton De Pasquale by 0.423s, while rookie Kai Allen led the Penrite Racing attack in third from teammate Matt Payne.
Broc Feeney completed the top five for Red Bull Ampol Racing from Erebus Motorsport’s Cooper Murray, Will Brown, Andre Heimgartner in the R& J Batteries Racing Camaro, TRADIE Racing driver David Reynolds and Jack Le Brocq.
